Making Irish Soda Bread

With St. Patrick’s Day having a different feel this year because of the Covid-19 I thought I would say yes to doing something different for it. I’ve always liked Irish soda bread and this time as part of my Yes to New everyday during the Covid-19 school closures I decided to make the bread.
