I had a craving for a Buffalo Chicken Calzone, in particular from a place back in Massachusetts called Brickhouse. Since we weren’t going to be able to get one at this time Eilish had a great idea that we make one. Eilish, who is an incredible sous-chef during many of the cooking vlogs, prepared the chicken with a bit of Frank’s hot sauce. I added a bit more sauce and then put some cheese and chicken on the pizza dough, did some folding and then pinching of the dough. After that we threw it in the oven and I must say I am so glad I said yes to it.
