I have been very fortunate in my life to have not gone 24 hours without having something to eat. Like so many people at the moment each day is starting to feel the same so I thought I would get myself out of my comfort zone and try a 24 hour fast. I knew going into it that I could have tea, coffee, water, etc. As long as I didn’t put milk or sugar in them. The vlog shows the first time I did it and I’ve done it a second time since just so it isn’t a once off thing. I may even continue to do this in the future.
