I saw an article online in the Irish Post about a world record being set for most Irish Coffees being made in three minutes.
The bartender to set the record was Rory McGee. He works at a bar called the Shelbourne. It’s a place I’m familiar with and is right near where I work. I thought it would be interesting to say yes to congratulating Rory and talking to him about how he became a world record holder and possibly making an Irish Coffee with him. Lucky for me Rory said yes to all those things and it was a fantastic experience.
