I enjoy a good pint of Guinness. The image of a Guinness pint is so distinct. The majority of the glass is black with that little bit of white on top and it’s so recognizable. Not only was it used as a stout but there was also a liqueur drink called baby Guinness with a shot of Jameson and Bailey’s mixed. I also enjoy a good shot of that.
It wasn’t until Eilish came home one day with a box of chocolates that were Guinness chocolates that I realized how much of an impact the image had. Her father Joe was at the Late Late show and that was the gift every audience member got. He was nice enough to give those to us. I love chocolate and I love Guinness so I was so curious as to how it would taste…
