The Falls in Ennistymon is a place Eilish and I have been to a few times. The hotel overlooks a beautiful waterfall in the picturesque town. We love going to the west of Clare with its spectacular views.
We’ve had the breakfast at The Falls and it’s very good. We had never tried the dinner there before and decided to say yes to dinner during our stay. We said yes to Thai style fish cakes, wedges of golden brie, slow-braised feather blade beef, Burren Lamb, Glenowen Ice Cream and Lemon Meringue. This three course meal was so plentiful it could have been enough to last us a couple of days.
