Japanese food has become more interesting to me in recent years. I wouldn’t have had much sushi growing up but Japanese food seems to be more readily available of late and more accessible.
Wabisabi was recommended to me for sushi by a colleague. The authentic Japanese look starts at the entrance with the draped doorway. The hot green tea you receive upon arrival makes you feel right at home. I’m glad I said yes to it…
