Camile Thai in Bishopstown is a place I’ve been wanting to go to for a while now.
I first heard of this chain when one of its restaurants opened a couple years back in Limerick with Joe Canning, Galway and All Ireland winning hurler as one of the backers. He’s a great player and I’m a fan of his.
I came to find out that other people have since opened more of the Camile Thai franchise across the country including Cork.
I decided to go there one evening before I was heading to the Mardyke track for a workout. We had heard the food was light on the stomach so it wouldn’t affect me too badly. We said yes to the callimari, crispy chilli chicken and beef and we are so glad we did…
