I love queen cakes as a pastry and Eilish and I thought it would be a fun one to make. Once Eilish revealed that you just throw all the ingredients in at once and mix them up it became even more fun. I was so excited and glad I said yes to making icing for the first time. We hope everyone at home enjoys making them as well.
