Assisting with Red Velvet Cupcakes

I absolutely love red velvet cupcakes and when Eilish said she was making them for her brother John’s birthday I asked if I could help. We decided that I’d be better off in an assistant role as we didn’t want to screw them up for the special occasion. That meant I had to be a bit more serious and refrain from puns. It was great discipline and I was so glad I said yes to it especially after learning the life hack that you’ll see where you do the frosting out of a plastic sandwich bag.
