I was just coming in from a run and I noticed how stiff I felt and as years go on between the running and frolicking my body just doesn’t recover as quickly. This is probably due to me not stretching enough. I decided to do an impromptu look for a stretching video on YouTube. I found a good one and it was fairly short by Daniela Suarez. I like that it had you start in a ball rolling around so I said yes to it.
